To 5 mL of an N,N-dimethylformamide solution containing 0.50 g of 2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzodioxin-6-carboxylic acid, 0.65 g of 1-(trifluoroacetyl)piperidine-4-amine hydrochloride and 1.1 g of O-(7-azabenzotriazol-1-yl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyluronium hexafluorophosphate and 0.78 mL of triethylamine were added at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred at the same temperature for 6 hours. The reaction mixture was added with ethyl acetate and water. The organic layer was separated, and the aqueous layer was extracted with ethyl acetate.
