COA of Formula: C8H7NO3. In 2021.0 CHEM BIOL DRUG DES published article about ANTIMYCOBACTERIAL ACTIVITY; POLYPEPTIDE DEFORMYLASE; PHARMACOKINETICS; GSK1322322; SAFETY; TARGET; ACIDS in [Gokhale, Kunal M.; Telvekar, Vikas N.] Inst Chem Technol, Dept Pharmaceut Sci & Technol, Mumbai 400019, Maharashtra, India in 2021.0, Cited 26.0. The Name is 1-(4-Nitrophenyl)ethanone. Through research, I have a further understanding and discovery of 100-19-6.
Emergence of MDR-TB and XDR-TB led to the failure of available anti-tubercular drugs. In order to explore, identify and develop new anti-tubercular drugs, novel peptidomimetic series of Mtb-peptide deformylase (PDF) inhibitors was designed and synthesized. In vitro antimycobacterial potential of compounds was established by screening of compounds againstMycobacterium tuberculosisH37Rv strain using MABA. Among them, ester series of compounds4a,4b,4c,4d, and4ewere found most active, with compound4cbeing highly active and exhibiting minimum inhibitory concentration of 6.25 mu g/ml againstM. tbH37Rv strain. Additionally, the compounds were docked to determine the probable binding interactions and understand the mechanism of action of most active molecules on Mtb-peptide deformylase (PDF), which is involved in the mycobacterium protein synthesis.
