A solution of 2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxine-6-carboxylic acid (20 mg, 0.11 mmol), Example 13 Part E compound (20 mg, 0.083 mmol), HOAt (20 mg, 0.147 mmol), EDCl (40 mg, 0.21 mmol), and DIPEA (40mg, 0.31 mmol) in DMF (1 mL) was stirred at 25¡ã C. for 18 h. [M+H]+=413.3; 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) delta 1.29 (t, J=7.03 Hz, 6 H), 3.27-3.36 (d, J=21.09 Hz, 2 H), 4.06-4.16 (m, 4 H), 4.28-4.37 (m, 4 H), 6.94 (d, J=3.52 Hz, 1 H), 6.99 (d, J=8.35 Hz, 1 H), 7.64-7.71 (m, 2 H).
